Installation Overview:
The "Hidden Reflections" Unit is a lightweight (45 lbs.) Unit consisting of an
three layer, folded, aluminum tubing frame, supporting
(2) 32 in. x 48 in. Acrylic main mirrors and (2) 18 in. x 24 in. Slide out side
mirrors.
The unit is mounted on "J" shaped hangers mounted into the wall. Standard
installation is into wood stud walls. Concrete or plaster
mounting is possible but requires analysis by a contractor on site to determine
wall mounting strength.
We supply a posterboard the same size as the
HiddenReflections with mount screw marks to make the installation placement
simple: Tape the posterboard on the wall, level and clear of the headboard, find
the studs with a stud-finder and drill the pilot holes on the marked lines.
Mount the U-Bracket with the supplied Lag bolts and washers, Hang the Picture
Frame, Secure with the Construction screws which lock the frame on the Upper
J-Hooks And mount the two the lower U-Clips.
